Who We Are
Northeast Missouri Caring Communities, Inc. (NEMOCC) is proud to serve as the State of Missouri's official Community Partnership for the northeast Missouri region.
Established in 1989, we offer a variety of free services. We serve 27 counties in the northeast Missouri region. Not all grants are available in all counties.
Last year, 12,531 individuals in 8 counties received free services from NEMOCC!
