​Northeast Missouri Caring Communities, Inc. (NEMOCC) is proud to serve as the State of Missouri’s official Community Partnership for the northeast Missouri region.  Established in 1989 we offer a variety of free services.  We serve 27 counties in the northeast Missouri region.  Not all grants are available in all counties.
